This is a very attractive feature since an efficient company offers a working environment that is conducive to productivity and hence contributes to your personal development and growth.
Also, the recruitment process should be mobile-friendly. This means that you should be able to fulfill all of their requirements through your smartphone because a process requiring more input from the candidate at this point shows that the company is overburdened by administrative issues.
Also, the feedback process needs to be comprehensive as well. Even if the company does not like you, if it does not respond within a few weeks, you should be thankful you didn’t make the cut.
